Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will be shipped once processing is complete, at which point you will receive an email notification. You can expect your order 3-5 business days AFTER it is processed.
If your package is returned to us after a delivery attempt, you have 2 options. Option 1: We can send the package back to you, but you will be responsible for the shipping fee. Option 2: We can refund you for the products you purchased, but the shipping fee will NOT be included in the refund. We cannot refund you until we receive the package.
Please contact the carrier your package was sent to. We are not responsible for packages once the carrier receives them. To ensure you receive your package, track your order and be available to receive your package on the set delivery date.
No, we do not allow cancellation of orders after they have been placed. If you have already received the tracking number in your email, the order cannot be cancelled.
