Store Policy

Please ONLY contact us at support@TheMagicSoutique.com if you have ANY QUESTIONS regarding your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Customer service is only from MONDAY-FRIDAY 12:00-18:00

After placing your order on TheMagicSoutique.COM, you will be asked to complete an order authorization form (https://form.jotform.com/210597080220144) You MUST complete your form in order to submit your order. If you do not complete your form within 5 business days, we will cancel your order! Our form requires you to confirm your order and show a government-issued ID.

If for any reason we claim your order will be returned and cancelled, it will take 3-5 WORKING DAYS to issue a refund. IF you have received incorrect products, you have 7 DAYS after delivery to notify us (PRODUCT CANNOT BE REPLACED). WE CANNOT HELP AFTER THAT, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping Terms – ONLINE ORDERS CANNOT BE PICKED UP UNDER ANY CONDITIONS.

Processing time may vary during special events, sales and holidays Processing time during sales is 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can choose the time of sending. Working days are MONDAY – FRIDAY. If you have any delays with your shipment, please contact USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect delivery via carrier or incorrect shipping information, we are not responsible for weather-related delays. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipment from TheMagicSoutique.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund for the goods. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must notify the United States Postal Service. The Magic Soutique is not responsible for packages marked DELIVERED. We are not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the package that may be affected by customs, natural phenomena, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or strikes or delays in air and ground transportation, or for any additional fees, duties or terminal fees once the package has left the United States. YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE.

Refund Policy

“The Magic Soutique .com” only allows refunds under 3 conditions. We can issue a refund for an order that has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped and in the hands of the postal service, we cannot issue a refund. For orders that have been shipped and delivered, you can return the order under our “Money Back Guarantee”, items must be in their original condition and NOT USED within 7 days of delivery. Please read more about our “Money Back Guarantee Policy” for more information about the terms and conditions by clicking on “Money Back Guarantee Policy”. If you receive incorrect items, you will have the choice of exchanging the incorrect item for the correct item OR choosing a partial refund of the difference between the incorrect item and the correct item.

We do not refund orders that have been shipped and not returned in their original condition, orders that are currently in transit, or used items.

Return’s & Exchange Policy

The Magic Soutique offers debit card refunds on APPROVED RETURNS, NO exchanges. Please select the correct lengths, color and/or texture when placing your order. We offer returns under our Refund Policy.

Money Back Guarantee Policy- The purpose of our money back guarantee is to give you the opportunity to feel our hair and see if The Magic Soutique meets your standard of expectation. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your The Magic Soutique, you can return the hair within 7 days of delivery in the original packaging (package must still be intact.. read more below) for a full refund!

We do not accept hair if it has been:

Installed
treated with chemicals (bleached or dyed)
Bundle rubber bands have been cut, broken or removed.
Washed, wet or not in original condition.
Hair texture/pattern has been changed.
To receive a refund and be eligible for our 7-day money back guarantee, you must be unsatisfied with the quality of your hair extensions.

Your refund will NOT include the original shipping cost.

We do NOT offer exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

We will only cancel the order if it is NOT shipped. It cannot be canceled if it is in transit/shipped or delivered. Cancellation is not always possible, if you reach us after the cancellation period, you can return the package to us in its original or original condition once it is delivered for a refund (not including the original shipping cost). Custom items such as wigs cannot be cancelled.
